Keyboard improvements

Use XKB to access keyboard description
Properly handle accelerators with multiple groups
- Activate <alt>A when <alt>CyrillicEf is pressed (on the same key, in Russian mode)
(Future) track group for Arabic, Hebrew to determine keyboard direction
